Increase running speed and explosiveness. Adjustable waist belt with hook and loop enclosure. A powerful motivator for short distance sprints. Nylon bag included. The speed chute is perfect for adding resistance to running drills. Use it to increase running speed, explosiveness, acceleration, and lower body power. The velcro waist belt has a quick-release feature, which is great for speed training. The waist belt is adjustable up to 42 inches. The complete unit includes the parachute, nylon belt with velcro enclosure, and carrying case. There are no removable parts. Everything is sewn together and requires no assembly.

Small 40 in (101.60 cm) This chute offers the least amount of resistance. Athlete must be able to sprint very fast to achieve a noticeable effect. Ideal for tapering down from larger chutes to achieve peak speed in the days/weeks leading up to an athletic event. Generally not recommended for youth.
     
Medium 48 in (121.92 cm) Offers a light to medium level of resistance. Athlete should be a moderately fast sprinter. Okay for youth.
     
Large 56 in (142.24 cm) Provides a noticeable level of resistance. Okay for faster youth and teens.
     
Extra Large 72 in (182.88 cm) Offers the greatest amount of resistance and the most noticeable training effect. Suitable for faster youth and teens.

 

*If you are conducting a speed camp, then we highly recommend purchasing multiple sizes to accommodate individual differences in athletic ability. One size does not fit all.
