The 3-way plyo box was engineered from the ground up to be the best plyo box out there. Made from 3/4 inch cabinet Grade A plywood and reenforced with internal panels for intense box jumps, box squats, or heavy step ups. Featured on each side of the box are cut-out handles, which makes it easy to move. Unlike traditional steel frame plyo boxes, the rectangular design of the 3-way box is less likely to tip over when form and technique begin to decline during grueling workouts. This item ships disassembled. A screw driver or drill is required.
