Return Policy

A Return Authorization (RA) Number is required for all returns. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Refunds

Workoutz.com has a 60-day return policy. Once a return authorization number is issued, your package must be returned within 14 days. If applicable, a refund or store credit will be issued less shipping charges. Returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee (unclaimed packages, undeliverable addresses, etc). Some unopened items are eligible for a full refund, less shipping charges. Orders with free shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee upon return. No refund/return is possible after 60 days from the date of purchase.

Workoutz.com is not responsible for stolen or lost packages if the tracking system shows that the package was delivered. Any order that is returned due to failure to retrieve a package or because of an invalid address will be refunded less shipping and handling.

Exchanges

NO EXCHANGES. It is easier for Workoutz.com to issue a refund instead of an exchange. Once we receive your item(s), we will issue a refund less shipping charges, then you can purchase the correct items. Buyer is responsible for any shipping fees resulting from returned items.

Cancellations

Any order can be canceled within one hour after the order was placed. If you ordered online, cancel by logging into your account administration page. If you ordered by phone, contact us immediately to request a cancellation.
