Back by popular demand, the premium handle resistance tube features a solid white frame and swiveling black padded handles. The only difference between this and our other tubes is the handle style and where it's made (Sri Lanka vs China). The foam padding on the handle makes it comfortable on the hands and gives you more control during exercise. The length of the tube measures approximately 4 feet in length in its natural unstretched position. This product may contain traces of dry rubber or natural latex. Thus, it is not recommended for anyone who may be allergic to latex. While the premium handle tube passed our performance test, it is a bit on the powdery side. The powder is basically used as a protectant to keep the tube from sticking to itself or the packaging.

If you are purchasing tubes for a large group, we suggest the yellow, green, and red resistance levels. However, the majority of your selection should consist of yellow and green tubes.

Color Usage Recommendations
   
Yellow Considered "light" resistance for most group fitness classes. Ideal for rehabilitation, beginning fitness levels, and active adults.
   
Green Considered "medium" resistance for most women and "light" for most men. Ideal for moderately trained individuals and active adults.
   
Red Considered "medium/heavy" resistance for most women and "medium" for most men. For overhead exercises (e.g. triceps extensions or presses), considered "very heavy" for women and "medium/heavy" for men.
   
Blue Ideal for thoroughly trained individuals, athletes, etc. May be okay for moderately trained individuals if working larger muscle groups
   
Black Ideal for thoroughly trained individuals, athletes, etc.
