Which exercises are safe for me?

Consult with a medical professional to be sure. Workoutz.com features three classifications of exercise difficulty: low, medium, and high. Consider low difficulty exercises if you are new to working out or have not exercised in a while. Medium and high difficulty exercises are for moderately trained to elite fitness levels.
