Payment Options

The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Amazon Payments. Paypal Credit and eCheck payments are also accepted through PayPal. We also accept regular checks and money orders. All paper/mail-in payments must be drawn on US funds. Please contact if you wish to pay by check or money order.

Sales Tax is physically located in Nevada and Arizona. We are required by law to charge a sales tax for orders originating in either state.

Purchase Orders is listed in the System for Award Management (SAM) (formerly Central Contractor Registry). Purchase orders are typically accepted from schools, clinical institutions, government, and non-profit organizations within the United States and Canada. Invoices are billed net 30 day terms. The following information must be included: Purchase order number or reference, contact name, billing and shipping address, item name, quantity, price, and signature.

Please note the following:

  • Subtotal must be at least $30
  • Please do not use online coupon codes on purchase orders. They are only valid for online transactions completed with a credit card.
  • Some items may qualify for bulk discounts. If applicable, the minimum purchase threshold will be listed on the product page under "Pricing Incentives." You can also email us at  for a quote.
  • Purchase orders originating in Nevada and Arizona are subject to sales taxes. Please let us know if you are tax exempt.

Shipping Options

Most orders ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm MST will ship the next business day. In rare instances, packages may take up to 2 days to process.

USA - Contiguous 48 States

UPS is the preferred carrier for domestic shipments. The following shipping options are available: Ground, 3-Day Select, and Next Day Air. Orders are typically delivered within 5 business days. Saturday delivery is only available via special request. Special order, non-stock, or drop ship items may take up to 3 weeks or longer to arrive. Please plan accordingly. UPS does not ship packages on weekends and major holidays.

USA - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is used for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

International ships worldwide. USPS is used for most international shipments. Please allow at least 2 business days to process international shipments. Orders can be delivered to any country within 6 to 10 business days with either USPS First Class Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International. Delivery times may take longer than expected if inspected by customs. Buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

Note: Some weighted items may require additional shipping and handling charges than shown. We will notify you should there be any additional changes. If your order weighs more than 150 lbs, we suggest contact us for a shipping quote.

Shipping Rates Explained does not determine shipping fees on packages weighing over 2 pounds. All shipping charges are determined exclusively by UPS and/or the United States Postal Service. The fees presented on this website are actual, real-time shipping charges.

The major parcel carriers typically adjust shipping fees annually. These fees can go up or down at any point depending largely on the cost of fuel, package dimension and size, andother factors. UPS has a transit time and cost calculator that will show you exactly what you will pay for any item, any weight. For our international customers, the postal service also has a rate calculator. Military/Government Discounts is listed in the System for Award Management (SAM) (formerly Central Contractor Registry). We provide online coupon codes (percentage discounts) to all U.S. government entities, including active duty military service members, law enforcement, and schools. Standard discount is 5 - 10% off.

Be prepared to provide proof of government status. The fastest way is to contact us via your government issued email account. Alternatively, you can mention or include your email address in the body of your message to us or send us your title/rank, full name, and current duty station. NOTE: Your email address WILL NOT be added to a list. It is merely used for verification purposes. Please email us here for military/government coupon codes. We will respond within minutes.

Refunds / Exchanges / Cancellations

NOTICE: A return authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please contact us via the link below to ensure you are eligible for a refund and to obtain an RA number.


Refunds has a 60-day return policy. Once a return authorization number is issued,your package must be returned within 14 days. If applicable, a refund or store credit will be issued less shipping charges. Returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee (unclaimed packages, undeliverable addresses, etc). Some unopened items are eligible for a full refund, less shipping charges. Orders with free shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee upon return. No refund/return is possible after 60 days from the date of purchase.

NOTICE: is not responsible for stolen or lost packages if the tracking system shows that the package was delivered. Any order that is returned due to failure to retrieve a package or because of an invalid address will be refunded less shipping and handling.


We currently do not offer exchanges. Logistically, it is easier for to issue a refund instead of an exchange. Once we receive your item(s), we will issue a refund less shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for any shipping fees resulting from returned items.


Any order can be canceled within one hour from the time the order was placed. To cancel your order, log into your account administration page, locate the order, and click "cancel." After the one-hour window has expired, the cancel link will disappear. If you miss the one-hour window, the only option is to request a refund once your package has been delivered.

Warranty Info

All products are under warranty for 60 days unless otherwise noted. A typical warranty covers manufacturer's defects only. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Any defect or breakage will be inspected and it will be determined at the sole discretion of if damages were caused by improper handling/care or if the damage should not have occurred under normal conditions.Buyer is responsible for any shipping fees resulting from replaced/returned items. Defective products will be replaced with the same item or a similar item. In instances where a part or portion can be replaced or repaired, we will replace the part. If in the rare case an item is no longer available, we will either issue a refund or find a suitable replacement.
