9 inches: A mid-range hurdle recommended for drills where the foot must elevate at least 9 inches. Can be used as a warm up hurdle for taller athletes. Rehabilitation.
12 inches: Suggested for "high knee" training. Can be used as a mid-range hurdle for taller athletes. Rehabilitation.
18 inches: Great for plyometric training such as "jumps" and high knee step overs. Requires the athlete to clear at least 18 inches in height. For skilled athletes only.
24 inches: For advanced athletes. Intended for "jumps" and high knee step overs. Requires the athlete to clear at least 24 inches in height.
