The Wobble Board PRO is ideal for balance and proprioception and functional training. The platform is reinforced with protrusions for enhanced posturing/gripping. Height can be adjusted by simply turning the large rubber knob on the bottom of the platform. When the knob is fully expanded, the wobble board becomes more unstable.
