A top quality, economical workout mat! These mats are blue on the outside and either white or charcoal gray in the middle. Available in 4ft and 5ft lengths. The 5ft mat has a single fold in the center. Triple layer workout mats do not roll up. This is a great quality mat and is featured in many of our exercise demonstration videos.
