This thing is serious! The Speed Sled ELITE allows you to perform short distance sprints to boost leg power and stride length. What's more, two welded steel handles were added for pushing/driving exercises. The platform can be loaded with any standard Olympic bar plate, including 100 lb plates. Constructed of 100% welded steel. The end caps on this sled are not welded. The Speed Sled ELITE comes with a speed harness and dual 10 ft nylon cords. The harness fits waist sizes up to 46 in or shirt sizes up to 2XL.

Minor Assembly Required

When your sled arrives, the steel post will need to be attached with three hex bolts, which are included. Simply insert the post into the hole from the BOTTOM UP. Then tighten the bolts from the TOP DOWN with a hex tool (not included). If assembled correctly, the bolts should be flush with the platform.
