The slammer ball offers non-bounce design and is intended for repeated abuse from slams on hard surfaces. This item is great for CrossFit®, MMA, rehabilitation, and many other fitness workouts. The ball looks and feels similar to the rubber kickball you played with in elementary school, except this one has sand in it. The sand adds weight and keeps the ball from rolling around during use. Weight designation is in pounds. Various weights available. All balls are black in color.
