The resistance tubing handle is ideal for
hand-cut, segmented pieces of bulk tubing. Easy to use: Simply place the round
ball into the tubing and pull to secure the handle. The grip portion of the
handle is made of high density foam material, and swivels to accommodate
different exercises. The handle is intended for tubing, but also works very well
with
flat exercise bands. Each handle comes with instructions.
