A must-have for any serious athlete or organization! The professional slide board is 8 feet in length and features adjustable, positive-locking end ramps that can be positioned at 8 feet, 7 feet, 6 feet, and 5.5 feet. This is a top-of-the-line slide board used by athletes at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado. It can be used for both speed and/or endurance training. The professional slide board also features a non-skid natural rubber underlay and cut-out handle for carrying. This item includes one pair of "regular size" performance slide boots. The slide boots are made of nylon fabric material and will stretch to fit over any athletic shoe up to size 12. Large slide boots fit shoe sizes 12 - 16 and can be purchase separately.
