The Pro Cone Ladder is great for footwork drills. Use them for boot camps, rehabilitation, sports conditioning, obstacle courses, and more. Easy to set up. Simply position the pro cones where you want them and place the PVC cross bars on any of the four top slots. The cross bars can be placed on the cones in any configuration imaginable (squares, s-shapes, straight lines, zig-zag, etc). The Pro Cone Ladder is completely safe, making it a great option for beginning fitness levels. If a cross bar is stepped on, the cones will collapse. Cross bars measure 30" in length. Height is 3.75". Available in sets of 6 and 12.
