They can also help to increase strength (e.g. box squats). Plyo boxes are
made from 1-inch, 15-gauge welded tubular steel. The landing surface is 3/4"
plywood covered with a 1/8" non-skid rubber slip resistant surface. The legs are
constructed at a 6-degree angle to prevent tipping. It also helps to accommodate
the natural jumping motion onto the box platform. Color: Red
