The Original Health Club Step is used in virtually every fitness facility. Perform a variety of upper and lower body exercises. The platform measures 43"L x 15"W x 4"H. Total step weight is 22 pounds. Each riser is 16"L x 16"W x 2"H. Four risers are included with the step. Additional risers can be purchased separately.
