Perform total body exercises with up to five different resistance levels. Create additional resistance by attaching multiple tubes to one clip. This item is made from Ceylon natural latex rubber tubing with clips on both ends. The clips are made from extremely durable polycarbonate (hard plastic) material. The PVC handles and ankle/wrist cuffs have metal D-ring attachments. The Resistance Tubing Kit comes with the following items: 5 modular resistance tubes, 2 ankle/wrist cuffs, 2 rotating PVC handles, 1 door anchor attachment, 1 travel bag, and basic instruction manual. The manual has instructions for use, plus sample exercise illustrations. We suggest this kit for individual, non commercial use only. Weighs 2 pounds.
