Instructions:
1. Place the tubing or band through the door
anchor loop.
2. Open the door and insert the wedged end of door anchor through the space
between the hinge side of the door and the door frame. Adjust the height of
the door anchor as needed.
3. Ensure the door is shut and locked prior to exercise.
4. Test the door anchor by pulling on the bands or tubing.
