Made of similar materials used for high-end ladders, but the metal components and nylon stitching didn't pass our aesthetics test. Works great as an economy ladder. Intended for "backyard use" where you don't need the best quality to achieve an effective workout. The Agility Ladder Pro is perfect for both indoor and outdoor speed and agility drills. The rungs can be adjusted to any desired distance. The ends of the ladder have snap connectors so that multiple ladders can be joined to make one continuous ladder.
