The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Google Checkout. Checks and money orders are also accepted. All payments must be drawn on US funds. Please contact workoutz.com if you wish to pay by check or money order.

Workoutz.com is physically located in Nevada and Arizona. We are required by law to charge a sales tax for orders originating in either state.

Workoutz.com is listed in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Purchase orders are accepted from schools, clinical institutions, state/government, and non-profit organizations. Invoices are billed net 30 day terms. The following information must be included: PO number or reference, contact name, billing and shipping addresses, product information, quantities, price, and signature. Minimum order is $50 excluding shipping charges.

Purchase orders originating in Nevada and/or Arizona are subject to sales taxes. Please let us know if you are tax exempt.

Most orders ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the next business day. In rare instances, packages may take up to 2 days to process.

USA - Contiguous 48 States

UPS is the preferred carrier for domestic shipments. The following shipping options are available: Ground, 3-Day Select, and Next Day Air. Orders are typically delivered within 5 business days. Saturday delivery is only available via special request. Special order, non-stock, or drop ship items may take up to 3 weeks or longer to arrive. Please plan accordingly. UPS does not ship packages on weekends and major holidays.

USA - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is used for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

USA - APO/FPO

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is used for APO/FPO shipments.

International (excluding Canada)

Workoutz.com ships worldwide. USPS is used for most international shipments. Please allow at least 2 business days to process international shipments. Orders can be delivered to any country within 6 to 10 business days with USPS Priority Mail International. Some orders may take longer if inspected by customs. Buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

Canada

We use UPS for shipments to Canada. Packages can be delivered within 6 to 10 business days with UPS Standard service. Alternatively, UPS Worldwide Expedited service guarantees delivery within 2 business days (no brokerage fees). Some orders may take longer to arrive if inspected by customs. Buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

A shipping estimate can be obtained from the shopping cart page. Once items are added to the shopping cart, look for the "shipping estimate" link toward the bottom of the cart.

Note: Some weighted items may require additional shipping and handling charges than shown. We will notify you should there be any changes.

Workoutz.com is listed in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). We provide discounted pricing to all U.S. government entities, including military, law enforcement, and schools. Standard discount range is 5 - 10%. Be prepared to provide proof of government status. Please email for more details.

NOTICE: A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Please email us to ensure you are eligible for a refund, exchange, or cancellation and to obtain a RAN number.

Refunds

Workoutz.com has a 60-day return policy. If applicable, a refund or store credit will be issued less shipping charges. Returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No return is possible after 60 days from the date of purchase.

NOTICE: Workoutz.com is not responsible for stolen or lost packages if the tracking system shows that the package was delivered. Any order that is returned due to failure to retrieve a package or because of an invalid address will be refunded less shipping and handling.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Buyer is responsible for any shipping fees resulting from exchanged items. No exchange is possible after 60 days from the date of purchase.

Cancellations

Any order may be cancelled provided it has not shipped. If the item has already shipped, the only option is to return the item at Buyer's expense and request a refund. Please email us immediately to request a cancellation.

All products are under warranty for 60 days unless otherwise noted.
