| Purchase Orders |
| Purchase orders are
accepted from schools, clinical institutions, and government
organizations. Invoices are billed net 30 day terms. The following
information must be included: PO number or reference, contact name, billing and
shipping addresses, product information, quantities, and price. Purchase
orders must be signed. Minimum order amount is $50, excluding
shipping charges.

| UPS is our preferred
carrier. The following shipping options are available: Ground, 3-Day
Select, and Next Day Air. We ship to US territories
and Canada. We will also ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, and other
overseas military addresses.
Note: Items that are in stock are usually delivered within 3 to 5
business days. Special order and drop ship items may take up to 3
weeks to arrive. |
