Workoutz.com is physically located in Nevada and Arizona. We are required by law to charge a sales tax for orders originating in either state.

 Workoutz.com is listed in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Purchase orders are typically accepted from schools, clinical institutions, government, and non-profit organizations within the United States and Canada. Invoices are billed net 30 day terms. The following information must be included: Purchase order number or reference, contact name, billing and shipping address, item name, quantity, price, and signature.

Most orders ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm MST will ship the next business day. In rare instances, packages may take up to 2 days to process.

USA - Contiguous 48 States

UPS is the preferred carrier for domestic shipments. The following shipping options are available: Ground, 3-Day Select, and Next Day Air. Orders are typically delivered within 5 business days. Saturday delivery is only available via special request. Special order, non-stock, or drop ship items may take up to 3 weeks or longer to arrive. Please plan accordingly. UPS does not ship packages on weekends and major holidays.

USA - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is used for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

USA - APO/FPO

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is used for APO/FPO shipments.

International (excluding Canada)

Workoutz.com ships worldwide. USPS is used for most international shipments. Please allow at least 2 business days to process international shipments. Orders can be delivered to any country within 6 to 10 business days with USPS Priority Mail International. Some orders may take longer if inspected by customs. Buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

Canada

We use UPS for shipments to Canada. Packages can be delivered within 6 to 10 business days with UPS Standard service. Alternatively, UPS Worldwide Expedited service guarantees delivery within 2 business days (no brokerage fees). Some orders may take longer to arrive if inspected by customs. Buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

Note: Some weighted items may require additional shipping and handling charges than shown. We will notify you should there be any additional changes. If your order weighs more than 150 lbs, we suggest contact us for a shipping quote.

Question: My item costs $3.95 and weighs less than 1 pound. Why am I being charged $11.00 for shipping? Can you use the postal service?

Answer: The postal service is not efficient for mass shippers. We sell several items for less than $3.00 on Workoutz.com. Shipping would still cost more than the item, regardless of the carrier. Unfortunately, the minimum UPS shipping weight is 1 pound. If an item weighs .00001 ounces, then it will ship at the 1 pound minimum weight.

Generally, the postal service is cheaper for packages under 2 pounds. UPS is cheaper for packages over 2 pounds. The average Workoutz.com shipment is well over 2 pounds.

UPS has a transit time and cost calculator that will show you exactly what you will pay for any item, any weight. For our international customers, the postal service also has a rate calculator. They will always line up with the rates presented on Workoutz.com. Most orders ship from 85009 (Phoenix, Arizona).

Good news! You can offset the cost of shipping by taking advantage of our online coupon codes. Workoutz.com always reserves the highest discount rate for existing/repeat customers.

Workoutz.com is listed in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). We provide online coupon codes (percentage discounts) to all U.S. government entities, including active duty military service members, law enforcement, and schools. Standard discount is 5 - 10%. Be prepared to provide proof of government status. Please email us for military/government coupon codes. We will respond within minutes.

NOTICE: A return authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. Please contact us via the link below to ensure you are eligible for a refund and to obtain an RA number.

Refunds

Workoutz.com has a 60-day return policy. If applicable, a refund or store credit will be issued less shipping charges. Returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Some unopened items are eligible for a full refund, less shipping charges. No refund/return is possible after 60 days from the date of purchase.

NOTICE: Workoutz.com is not responsible for stolen or lost packages if the tracking system shows that the package was delivered. Any order that is returned due to failure to retrieve a package or because of an invalid address will be refunded less shipping and handling.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. Logistically, it is easier for Workoutz.com to issue a refund instead of an exchange. Once we receive your item(s), we will issue a refund less shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for any shipping fees resulting from returned items.

Cancellations

Any order can be canceled within one hour from the time the order was placed. To cancel your order, log into your account administration page, locate the order, and click "cancel." After the one-hour window has expired, the cancel link will disappear. If you miss the one-hour window, the only option is to request a refund once your package has been delivered.

All products are under warranty for 60 days unless otherwise noted. A typical warranty covers manufacturer's defects only. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Any defect or breakage will be inspected and it will be determined at the sole discretion of Workoutz.com if damages were caused by improper handling/care or if the damage should not have occurred under normal conditions. Defective products will be replaced with the same item or a similar item. In instances where a part or portion can be replaced, we will replace the part. If in the rare case an item is no longer available, we will either issue a refund or find a suitable replacement.

At any time, products that appear on this website can change. Such changes might include, but are not limited to style, color, or size. Prices may change without notice. Products may be discontinued without notice.
