professional to be sure. Workoutz.com features three classifications
of exercise difficulty: low, medium, and high. Consider low difficulty
exercises if you are new to working out or have not exercised in a
while. Medium and high difficulty exercises are for moderately
trained to elite fitness levels.

You must have Flash 7
software or higher. This software is free. A recent web browser is also recommended.

videos properly. Workoutz.com has been thoroughly tested with Internet
Explorer and Firefox web browsers. The videos may or may not work with
AOL.
