Flat Abs/6 Pack

Postby gavind1 » June 26th, 2012, 11:05 am

Hi. I'm 30 years old and 140 lbs. I just wanna get rid of my belly. Are sits really needed to be performed every other day? Any reason behind this?

I would also like to know the easiest route in at least a flat abs with out giving up my diet?

Okay, well the fastest way to success will be through nutrition changes. The second best option would be to focus on total body training combined with cardiovascular training. Ab-specific exercises will do very little to help. Such exercises will mainly strengthen the abs. They key is to reduce the amount of fat around the midsection, which can be done best by changes in the diet.

Competitive bodybuilders can go from being overweight to single-digit bodyfat percentages within 30 - 60 days of regimented dieting and exercise. While this is an extreme example, it shows how nutrition is the largest contributor to the lean physical appearance.

Cardio and abs workout are more helpful to get rid of the belly fat.
Do these workouts in a regular routine to get real benefits of these workouts.
You should also take green tea or citrus fruits juices or green vegetables soups to burn your belly fat.
