Janelle Sandene is a Tae Kwon Do black belt and division one soccer player who enjoys working with those who are new to fitness and wish to better their health. She has over four years of experience teaching health and wellness related topics, including exercise physiology, weight management, and exercise testing. Janelle holds the prestigious Health/Fitness Instructor credential from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She earned a bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Western Illinois University and a masters degree in Exercise & Wellness from Arizona State University. In her spare time, Janelle enjoys traveling and reading.
