Here is an easy way to target the inner thighs. A movement toward the center of the body is known as "adduction." This exercise is done from a seated position. Here is how it's done:

First, position yourself on the edge of any seat. Place the ball between the thighs around the knee area. Then squeeze the legs inward toward one another. Hold the squeeze for a few seconds before releasing the tension. Do not rush the exercise.

Place the ball between the knees.

Apply pressure to the ball by squeezing the legs together. Hold the position for a few seconds.

Repeat the movement.
